This role offers an opportunity to contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment for all building users. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, follow established procedures, and demonstrate a strong commitment to high standards of cleanliness.Key ResponsibilitiesUndertake all cleaning tasks as directed by the cleaning supervisor/manager.Complete scheduled cleaning duties to the required standard.Wear the company uniform and any required personal protective equipment while on duty.Comply with all site policies, procedures, and health and safety requirements, including COSHH regulations.Follow the company’s cleaning methods and color-coding policies.Report any faults with cleaning equipment or building defects to the supervisor or General Services manager.Attend training as required and carry out any reasonable management requests.Maintain a professional and courteous approach when interacting with staff and visitors. Essential Skills And AttributesHigh levels of personal hygiene and professional appearance.Basic knowledge of hygiene practices.Self-motivated with a positive approach to learning.Ability to work effectively as part of a team.Flexible approach to work and duties.Good interpersonal and communication skills.Understanding of service excellence and commitment to delivering it at all times. Desirable SkillsPrevious cleaning experience.Health and safety training.
