Cleaner

We are currently seeking a part-time Cleaner working 4 hours per week to join the team. This role will be based in Arklow, County Wicklow. The ideal candidate for this role will be diligent, take pride in their work and maintain a high level of attention to detail. Details of the role are as follows;Responsibilities of the role will include: Empty and wipe down waste bins. Clean glass and window areas. Wipe and dust surfaces. Dust/Clean/straighten furniture and table fixtures. Dust and clean doors and window/door sills and ledges. Clean lifts and lift areas.

Vacuum carpets and mop floors. Sweep tiles or hardwood floor areas. Adhere to lost property procedures. Ensure all Health and Safety procedures are adhered toMaintain all tools and equipment. Perform any other reasonable task or instruction as directedMaintain clear and concise communicationsPrioritising tasks and duties as required. Desired Skills & Experience: Previous experience as a cleanerExcellent communication skills Good at working on own initiate Excellent attention to detail Ability to multitask Works well on own initiative.

Be physically fit - use of buffing machine / carpet washer will be required Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment an advantage however training can be provided.
