We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Cleaning Specialists to perform cleanings across Milledgeville, GA, and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work, value flexibility, and want to be part of a growing team focused on quality and professionalism.Role OverviewYou will represent Sparkora Cleaning on the front lines by delivering high-quality residential and office cleaning services throughout Milledgeville, GA, and surrounding areas. This hands-on role involves following detailed checklists, using eco-conscious products, and ensuring a positive experience for every client. You’ll work independently or in small teams, communicating with the operations lead or the business owner as needed.A valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle are required. Work-related mileage will be reimbursed at the current IRS standard rate.Schedule & Working HoursPart-time role with flexible hours — you set your availabilityTypical shifts are 3–6 hours, scheduled (starting) between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PMWeekday availability required; weekend availability is a strong plusKey ResponsibilitiesPerform residential and small office cleanings using Sparkora Cleaning’s detailed checklistsComplete light to deep cleaning tasks such as wiping surfaces, vacuuming, mopping, emptying trash, and tidying designated areasUse company-provided eco-friendly products safely and efficiently, following all safety protocolsAssess each space upon arrival, prioritize tasks, and tailor the service to meet client preferences or specific requestsDeliver professional, respectful, and consistent service that reflects Sparkora Cleaning’s high standardsWork independently or in small teams with minimal supervisionBuild and maintain positive client relationships through reliable, courteous serviceCommunicate supply needs, job updates, or client concerns to the operations leadTransport cleaning supplies and equipment between job sites (provided by Sparkora Cleaning)Follow up on client concerns promptly and professionallyAccurately log job progress using our mobile cleaning appTake initiative to exceed client expectations and help us reimagine what clean looks likeQualifications & Ideal CandidatesAre based in or near Milledgeville, GAAre 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S. Have a High School Diploma or GEDHave a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and a reliable vehicleAre punctual, reliable, and detail-orientedAre physically able to lift and carry 25+ lbs, stand for long periods, kneel, and climb stairsAre self-motivated, organized, and able to prioritize tasksCan work independently or in small teams with minimal supervisionCommunicate professionally and respectfullyAre comfortable using a mobile scheduling or cleaning app (training provided)Have prior professional experience in cleaning/janitorial servicesAre willing to undergo a background checkCompensation Structure & BonusesCommission-based pay per completed jobMost cleaners earn an average of $18–$24/hour equivalent once fully onboarded and trained, excluding tips and mileage reimbursementTips: 100% yoursMileage reimbursement: $0.70 per mile for all work-related driving between job sitesPerks & BenefitsBookings based on your availabilityAll eco-friendly supplies and equipment are providedBranded Sparkora Cleaning attire includedPaid training and onboarding supportSupportive, team-first culture that values your contributionCompany DescriptionSparkora Cleaning is a premium, eco-conscious residential and office cleaning company serving Milledgeville and the surrounding areas.
