We are now seeking a BMS Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of smart building projects across Norway—bringing leadership, technical expertise, and a passion for sustainable innovation to every stage of the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage building automation projects from contract award through commissioning and client handover. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, managing expectations, and building strong relationships. Coordinate and oversee internal engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure high-quality technical delivery. Oversee programming, integration, and commissioning of BMS solutions for HVAC, lighting, energy, and safety applications. Manage project risks, proactively resolving issues and implementing corrective actions. Ensure all work meets quality standards as well as environmental, health, and safety requirements.

Prepare and present project progress reports, documentation, and handover packs. Drive continuous improvement and identify opportunities for innovation in project delivery. Ideal Candidate: Proven experience managing BMS, automation, or control system projects. Solid understanding of BMS components, PLCs, DDC controllers, and communication protocols (BACnet, Modbus, KNX). Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management abilities.
