Job Description

W2 ONLY - No C2CWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Specialist to join our pharmaceutical supply chain team. In this role, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of supply chain activities to ensure the uninterrupted flow of medicines from manufacturing to patients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, logistics partners, and regulatory colleagues to maintain compliant, efficient, and resilient supply chain operations. Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate day-to-day supply chain activities including demand planning, procurement, inventory management, and order fulfillment.

Support the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process by aligning forecasts with production, distribution, and commercial needs. Monitor inventory levels and safety stocks, proactively identifying risks and recommending corrective actions. Partner with logistics teams and 3PL providers to ensure timely and compliant product distribution. Maintain accurate data in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and support regular reporting and KPIs. Collaborate with Quality, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to ensure compliance with GDP, cGMP, and FDA requirements. Assist with supply chain risk management, including scenario planning and issue resolution in case of disruptions.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that optimize cost, service, and efficiency. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or planning, ideally within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industry. Knowledge of cGMP, GDP, and FDA regulations. Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP experience preferred) and Microsoft Office tools. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional, global teams. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
