About The OpportunityWe are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Events Marketing Associate to support our field marketing programs. This individual will work closely with our Marketing Events Specialist to help plan and execute ClearGov’s participation in regional and national conferences a core component of our marketing strategy and a major driver of qualified pipeline. We participate in over 70 regional and national events throughout the year.

You’ll also collaborate closely with marketing teammates, the sales team, and the leadership team. This is a unique opportunity to learn by doing supporting event strategy, logistics, sales coordination, campaign follow-through, and performance tracking while developing valuable experience in B2B marketing. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute event logistics: Assist with end-to-end coordination of national and regional events, including registration, booth and collateral preparation and shipping, vendor coordination, and post-event wrap-up. Support the sales team:

Work directly with ClearGov sales reps to align on event plans, manage booth staffing schedules, and ensure reps are well-equipped to drive high-impact conversations at every event. Coordinate ancillary activities: Help plan and execute networking dinners, happy hours, and other prospect engagement opportunities around larger conferences. Support integrated campaigns: Partner with demand gen teammates on pre-event promotion and post-event follow-up to ensure full-funnel impact and sales enablement. Track event performance: Collaborate with our Marketing Ops team to ensure proper lead capture and attribution, and help evaluate ROI and impact across the event portfolio. Critical Skills/Experience:

1–2 years of professional experience in marketing, events, or a related roleExceptionally strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills. Meticulous attention to detail and ability to multitask across competing priorities. Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn in a team environment. Willingness to travel occasionally to support onsite event execution (estimated 10–15% travel with an opportunity to travel more, based on performance, tenure, and interest). If you are hired at ClearGov, your final base salary compensation will be determined by factors such as skills, interview performance, education and/or experience.

In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary for the role. Hiring beyond the base range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
