About The OpportunityJoin our Planning team as an Intermediate Workspace Planner! We are seeking a professional with a solid technical or design background who is passionate about creating functional and innovative space plans tailored to our clients' needs. In this role, you will manage the planning pipeline and oversee junior planners while ensuring that our CAD standards are upheld. You will report to our Technical Lead/Architect, collaborating closely with our Sales team and Estimators to win new opportunities.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage our space planning function by drafting, reviewing and revising test fits as requiredManage the planning pipeline of work with Sales Team and Estimators to facilitate deals winsMaintain our drafting standards and test fit guidelinesOversee the CAD library and template, collaborating with all stakeholders to implement updatesReview test fits from junior planners and other resources for quality and accuracyAbout YouYou hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design/Architecture or a Diploma from a recognized Architectural Technology programYou bring 3-5 years of relevant experience in space planning or a similar role, with experience in workplace design considered a significant advantageYou possess the ability to interpret clients’ needs and translate them into efficient test fitsYou are highly proficient in AutoCAD, and experience with Revit is a desirable assetYou’re comfortable working in a busy environment and can keep things on track while juggling different requestsYou have strong space planning skills and can sketch layouts quickly, communicating your ideas clearlyPowered by JazzHRXEMH88Oyq8
