The Client Advisor will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships. Key tasks include understanding and fulfilling customer needs, assisting with product selection, ensuring merchandise presentation meets company standards, and addressing customer inquiries effectively. The Client Advisor will play a key role in delivering a superior client experience. Qualifications Strong skills in Client Relations, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer ServiceExcellent Communication abilities for engaging with clients and team membersFamiliarity with Insurance processes and proceduresAbility to work in a fast-paced luxury retail environment with attention to detail and professionalismProven track record of achieving sales targets and providing outstanding customer experiencesA passion for fashion, brand knowledge, and a customer-centric mindsetFluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plusExperience in high-end retail or luxury brands is highly desirable
