Be proactive and bold by proposing complementary products. Contribute to the recruitment and retention of our customers by building privileged and lasting relationships with each of them. Be actively part of the operational life of the store: Visual merchandising, restocking, transfers, after-sales service, inventory management. Control and respect the internal procedures and guidelinesSupport the digital actions of the House. Brand ambassador and promoter Be the ambassador of the brand and endorse the culture and values to promote CELINEEnsure the best level of client experienceEndorsing the CELINE spirit with your creativity and your sense of excellence. ProfileKeys for success: Education: Business School, University or “equivalent experience” Experience: Retail experience required Experience in luxury/fashion business a plus Competencies: High product and Fashion sensitivity and knowledge Ability to understand and go beyond customers’ needs Taste for challenge and team spirit High sensitivity to client experience and loyalty Exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy, sincerity and curiosity Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Detail oriented Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
