Meeting all of the behavioural expectations, you have proactively taken additional areas of responsibility.

This could include one or a range of the following areas: supporting my manager on client and business development, floor management, visual merchandising specialist, training ambassador or supporting operations. Job ResponsibilitiesYOUR IMPACT  Business DevelopmentContribute to the store’s business success by achieving and exceeding sales targets, demonstrating a strong commercial mindset, and deep product knowledge. Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs, offering tailored recommendations and complementary products that enhance their experience with CELINE. Utilize cross-selling techniques to maximize sales opportunities and introduce clients to the full range of CELINE’s offerings.

Supports the management team in various operational activities from KPIs analysis to animating a morning brief. Team and PeopleFoster a positive team spirit by collaborating closely with your colleagues, supporting each other in achieving both individual and collective goals. Contribute to a harmonious work environment where every team member feels valued and motivated to deliver their best. Support new joiners in their onboarding, sharing best practices, leading by example and supporting them in achieving their goals.

Client DevelopmentDeliver an exceptional client experience by welcoming, advising, and providing unparalleled service to each client, ensuring their journey with CELINE is memorable and contributes to great results in VOC. Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients through personalized clienteling, cultivating loyalty and long-term connections. Leverage cross-selling strategies to deepen client engagement and drive repeat purchases. Operations ExcellenceCapable of upholding CELINE’s standards of compliance by adhering to internal procedures and guidelines, ensuring smooth and efficient store operations with little to no guidance or supervision needed. Be actively part of the operational life of the store:

Visual merchandising, restocking, transfers, after-sales service, inventory management. Image & BrandServe as a CELINE ambassador, embodying the Maison’s values and excellence in every client interaction. Share the rich history and stories behind our products, captivating clients with engaging storytelling that deepens their connection to the brand. Maintain the highest standards of visual merchandising and personal presentation, contributing to the elegant and sophisticated image of CELINE. ProfileKEY FOR SUCCESS  Experience:   You bring at least 1 to 2 years of professional experience in sales, within the fashion or luxury industry. Competencies:

   Passion for luxury fashion and a deep understanding of CELINE's products, heritage, and brand identity. Client-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences and building lasting relationships. A passion for challenges and a collective drive to achieve set objectives. Initiative, a sense of service, natural curiosity, open-mindedness, optimism, and empathy are crucial for success at CELINE. Adaptability and flexibility to meet the demands of a dynamic retail environment. Strong ethical compass and commitment to compliance and corporate social responsibility. Languages:   English, proficiency of other language(s) will be an advantage.
