About The TeamWe are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.Now we are looking for a dedicated and motivated Client and Payment Verification Officer to join our team.TasksProcess Know Your Customer (KYC) onboarding and payment verification documentation in accordance with internal policies.Review and process withdrawal requests through payment gateways, ensuring detection and prevention of fraudulent transactions.Conduct database screening and investigate potential matches to ensure compliance and reduce risk.Manage and respond to support tickets from internal departments or Payment Service Providers (PSPs).Collaborate with internal teams to resolve account-related issues and support monitoring, review, and verification processes.Request and evaluate additional documents or information in exceptional onboarding or payment verification cases.Ensure high standards of accuracy, attention to detail, and security when handling sensitive data and documentation.Stay informed and up to date with changes to internal procedures and regulatory requirements.Translate documents as needed to support verification and compliance processes.Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors or department heads.RequirementsBe ready to work according to the following schedule SATURDAY - WEDNESDAY; Service/work week (including 30min break): Monday - 06:30-15:00; Tuesday - 06:30-15:00; Wednesday - 06:30-15:00; Thursday - OFF; Friday - OFF; Saturday - 5:00-13:30; Sunday - 6:00-14:30.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Analytics, Management, or a related field.Prior experience in KYC onboarding, payment processing, fraud prevention, or a similar role within the financial services or online payments industry.Professional certifications in CDD/KYC, fraud prevention, risk management, or payments are considered an asset.Fluency in English (minimum B2 level); additional languages such as Arabic, Thai, or Sinhala are a plus.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in computer applications including MS Word, Google Workspace, Slack, and general digital literacy.Analytical mindset with strong numerical skills and the ability to interpret data and identify patterns.Excellent time management, organization, and teamwork abilities.High attention to detail, patience, flexibility, and a strong work ethic.We OfferA competitive salary with performance-based bonuses;Opportunities for career growth in a rapidly scaling company;Comprehensive training and resources to enhance your skills;A vibrant and supportive work environment with like-minded professionals;Access to industry-leading tools and technologies.Only applications submitted in English will be considered.With a team of 500+ creative and tech-driven people across the globe, Quadcode is the place where ideas turn into impact, where every project is a chance to grow, innovate, and make your mark.Join us today, and let's shape the future of fintech together!Note: All applications will be treated with strict confidence.
