This position is not an expatriate role, and there is no possibility for rotation.“CLIENT BILLING MANAGER (M/F)”: What will your missions and responsibilities be?Main ResponsibilitiesManage the full client billing cycle, ensuring accurate and timely invoicingReview contracts, project data, and service delivery to generate invoicesCoordinate with project teams, finance, and clients to resolve billing issuesMaintain records of invoices, billing reports, and correspondenceEnsure compliance with company policies, contractual terms, and local regulationsProvide regular reporting and analysis on accounts receivable and billing statusWhat profile and skills are required for this “CLIENT BILLING MANAGER (M/F)” role?Required ProfileDegree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fieldMinimum 3–5 years of experience in client billing, invoicing, or finance, preferably in industrial, EPC, or energy sectorsStrong knowledge of billing procedures, accounting principles, and project financeExcellent analytical, organizational, and communication skillsProficiency in Excel and accounting/billing softwareEnglish mandatory (written and spoken)Key CompetenciesClient invoicing and billing managementAccounts receivable tracking and reportingContract and project data reviewProblem-solving and reconciliationCommunication and coordination with stakeholdersInterested in this position?
