We believe the quality of our service depends on the happiness and satisfaction of our valued team and so our team always come first.Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking a full time Care Supervisor to join our North Dublin team.This is a permanent full-time position and is a new position to join our growing team. Core working hours are 9:00am -17.00pm Mon- Thurs, and 9.00am - 16.00pm on Friday. To be successful in this role you will occasionally be required to work some evenings and weekends.This is a community-based role and a full clean driving licence and access to a car is essential as this role requires travel. We are seeking applicants with 1-year previous experience in a supervisory role in a healthcare setting. The Role:Be responsible for your own dedicated geographical region of North Dublin. Be responsible for managing all aspects of your clients care. Carrying out duties such as service reviews, updating care plans, conducting risk assessments. Ensuring we are delivering the highest quality standard of care to our clients. Ongoing support to our care team through supervision, competency reviews and staff engagement. Work closely with scheduling team regarding capacity in each area. Working with own initiative and reporting to the Care Manager. Requirements1 year's previous experience in a supervisory role in home care/healthcare setting required. Full clean driving licence with access to your own car. QQI Level 5 (Major Award) in Healthcare related field or equivalent. QQI Level 6 is desirable but not essential. Ability to work in a fast paced and busy office environmentSuperb organisational skills, ability to prioritise workload and multi-taskStrong attention to detail and ability to use initiative and work under pressure. Excellent interpersonal skills in addition to the ability to work independently and manage own time. Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel)Fluent English speaker and permission to work full time in IrelandBenefits Salary of €35,000 per annum. 24 days Annual Leave Hybrid and remote working options.
