Vacancy: 02Job Context:Bayshore Communication is looking for a highly professional and fluent Call Centre Executive to manage incoming leads for our law firm clients in the USA. The role involves handling inbound inquiries generated from ads, conducting intake calls, qualifying potential leads, forwarding verified cases to client firms, and providing administrative assistance (such as document collection and preparation).This is a night shift role aligned with US time zones, requiring excellent spoken and written English with a neutral or American accent. The ideal candidate must be a clear communicator, tech-savvy, and capable of understanding legal service processes (training will be provided).Responsibilities:Respond promptly and professionally to incoming leads via calls, SMS, emails, and online forms.Conduct intake interviews with potential legal clients to understand their problems, needs, and eligibility.Evaluate whether leads are qualified based on client criteria, and forward verified leads to the appropriate law firm.Work closely with our clients to understand specific case types and intake procedures (e.g., personal injury, immigration, criminal defense).Prepare electronic documents, intake forms, and case summaries for submission to client firms.Call or follow up with clients to collect missing documents or details, ensuring cases are complete and ready for handoff.Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and update lead status regularly.Communicate clearly and regularly with both the internal team and external law firm clients.Manage multiple lead sources and ensure a high standard of responsiveness and professionalism at all times.Qualifications:Fluent in English (spoken and written) with a neutral or American accent.Excellent communication and active listening skills.Experience in call center, intake specialist, or virtual assistant roles preferred.Able to understand and communicate legal service basics (training provided).Fast typing skills and comfort with online tools, email, and CRMs.Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and time management.Able to work under pressure and meet daily lead handling targets.Must be willing to work night shifts and align with USA business hours.Educational Requirements:We prioritize communication skills and problem-solving ability over formal education.
