Job Description

Do you love building relationships, creating opportunities, and delivering outstanding client experiences?As a New Client Coordinator, you'll play a key part in keeping our clients connected and engaged while also supporting the growth of new business. You'll ensure clients receive the highest level of service, from regular contact and reviews through to first impressions for new prospects. Alongside this, you'll help generate new opportunities, book adviser appointments, and work with colleagues across the business to deliver meaningful results.Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring they feel supported and valuedBook client and prospect appointments into adviser diaries, working to meet team targetsRespond to new prospect enquiries quickly and professionally, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impressionKeep client and lead data up to date with accuracy and attention to detailWork with the Client Opportunity Leader on surveys, reporting, and insightsCollaborate with the Marketing team to support client communications and provide feedback on resultsShare ideas and contribute to new ways of engaging and interacting with clientsSupport wider business projects and objectives when neededRequirementsPrevious experience in a customer service or business development roleExceptional communication and influencing skills, both written and verbalConfidence in handling client queries with professionalismStrong organisational skills and the ability to work to tight deadlinesAttention to detail with the ability to prioritise effectivelyA proactive, creative approach to engaging with clients and generating opportunitiesExperience working collaboratively with other teams and stakeholdersBenefitsHybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 days wherever you work bestPerformance bonus + Company-wide bonus (when Eight hits targets)28 days' holiday + bank holidays + your birthday offPrivate medical insurance & life assurance (4x salary)Wellbeing support: EAP, mental health helpline, cycle-to-work schemeFree mortgage and pension advice from our in-house expertsVolunteering time: 8 paid hours annually via The Eight FoundationRegular socials & epic events
