Job Description

LOCATION: REMOTE!Client/Account Coordinators serve as liaisons between our company and its clients, ensuring excellent customer service and client satisfaction. They are responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring compliance with client standards.RESPONSIBILITIESOnboarding/Offboarding ContractorsConduct reference checks and security clearances.Verify all required documents for accuracy and compliance.Manage contractor onboarding and offboarding processes smoothly.“New Job” Assignment and Email Send-OutAssign new requisitions to team members.Draft and distribute job description emails to the recruiting team.Update the company database (JobDiva) with assigned recruiters and relevant search keywords.Resume Review/Confirmation/Submission on VMSReview resumes for quality, accuracy, and compliance with client requirements.Provide feedback to recruiters regarding missing information or needed updates.Submit approved candidates through client-specific Vendor Management Systems (VMS) such as Fieldglass, Beeline, etc.Client CorrespondenceAct as the liaison between recruiters and clients for all requisition-related queries.Manage communication regarding interviews, rejections, shortlists, and general follow-ups.Conference CallsNotify recruiters promptly of scheduled client calls and gather any questions in advance.Review the meeting agenda and contribute where possible.Take accurate minutes during the call and distribute them to the team afterward.Liaison to Contractors and Client for All HR AspectsManage start-day confirmations and contractor onboarding support.Handle contract renewals, extensions, and rate increase requests.Process contractor terminations in coordination with clients.SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONSStrong phone and communication skills.Experience in recruiting and candidate coordination.Proficient in interviewing, resume screening, and compliance checks.Excellent organization, time management, and multitasking abilities.Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.Professionalism, judgment, and a results-driven mindset.Familiarity with Vendor Management Systems and applicant tracking tools such as JobDiva is an asset.
