What You Will Be Doing:Support sales lifecycle through technical expertise and ability to provide solutions to problemsTake charge of maintaining and expanding the regional client portfolio, assuming the role of a strategic advisor to facilitate problem-solving conversations and deliver exceptional client servicesProvide innovative solutions that meet the clients’ needs and our business goalsServe as the primary point of contact at Adlook for existing clients, addressing technical and commercial inquiries with utmost professionalism and efficiencyLead key client meetings and QBRsDevelop trusting and productive relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally - all levelsEngage in product development by analyzing the requirements for creating a product that effectively addresses our clients' business objectives, while also acting as a bridge between our clients and the product teamDeliver a high-level of account support and reporting progress against goals to managementCommunicate effectively with other functional leaders by solving business challenges together, identifying opportunities for growth, and collaborating to drive efficiency and effectiveness across the organizationDefine best practices in terms of client onboarding, client interactions and grow tacticsWhat Is Required:6+ years of experience in adtech (ideally in programmatic sales - DSP, SSP, data provider)Proven track record of driving account growth with large customer accountsExperience in developing strategically grounded, insight-driven solutionsStrong technical and commercial acumenExperience with complex tech solutions and problem solving (ideally in a SaaS company)Analytical skillsStrong management skillsAbility to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, executive team and industry groupsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAmbition to develop personally and nurture the development of othersExcellent influencing and negotiation skillsAdvanced English & fluent Polish are a mustWhy ADLOOK:Join an extraordinary company which focuses on future proof solutionsBeing part of the RTB House group operating globallyYour work matters and is essential to the evolution, growth and success of our new businessHybrid working mode with 3 days of remote work and 2 days in the office in a weekYou will get to work with amazing people in one of the fastest growing sectors in online advertisingOpportunity to work in a truly international environmentCooperation based on either B2B agreement or contract of mandateFriendly atmosphere while working with a dynamic team of open minded professionals with passion for internet technology and advertising solutions
