You will play a key role in driving AlphaGeo’s growth. This hybrid role blends sales execution, client relationship development, and marketing outreach via media and events. You’ll be responsible for building relationships with prospects, supporting the sales cycle, and ensuring our clients derive long-term value from our products – as well as lead generation through communications channels. This is a high-visibility role reporting directly to the leadership team, with opportunities to shape go-to-market strategy, client engagement processes and revenue growth.What You’ll DoSales DevelopmentSupport the sales pipeline from initial prospecting and outbound lead generation, to closing, including research, outreach, demos, and proposals.Qualify inbound leads and develop outbound strategies to expand our client base.Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging and positioning in client conversations.Client Development & Relationship ManagementBuild trusted relationships with clients across financial services, real estate, and government sectors.Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and deepening client partnerships.Act as a liaison between clients and internal product/technical teams, translating feedback into actionable product strategies.Media and Events OutreachUse our CRM and network to customize campaigns to relevant media outlets to enhance firm visibility with targeted industry publicationsPitch senior leadership to speak at key industry events based on scouting for upcoming opportunities and pegging to travel schedulesWhat We’re Looking For3–4 years of professional experience, ideally at a growth-stage startupBackground in SaaS, data analytics, or financial services; climate or geospatial exposure is a plusComfortable with technical jargon and capable of translating complex concepts for clients in technical demosStrong communicator with a consultative, client-first approachTrack record of supporting sales cycles and developing client relationships that drive revenueEntrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action, flexibility, and learning.
