Our Client, an Italian luxury fashion brand is looking for an extraodinary In-Store Private Client Relationship Manager to curate exclusive retail experience for their most valued clients. This role requires client-centric skills, brand understanding and commercial acumen to elevate high-spending clients engagement and drive long-term loyalty within their store.Key Responsibilities:Sales & Commercial ImpactDrive boutique's RTW sales by maximising opportunities within the private client / first tier client segment.Monitor and exceed individual KPIs and contribute to overall store performance.Provide feedback on client trends, product preferences, and opportunities for cross-selling or upselling.Client Relationship ManagementDevelop, nurture, and retain strong relationships with top-tier clients through CRM initiatives / effortsServe as the primary point of contact for private clients, offering highly personalised service in-store and beyond.Anticipate client needs, preferences, and special occasions to deliver tailored recommendations and memorable moments.CRM InitiativesIdentify and attract new high-spending potential clients in-store.Re-engage dormant clients and drive loyalty through meaningful follow-ups and curated invitations to brand events or exclusives.Collaborate with the marketing and CRM teams to segment, target, and grow the private client base.Bespoke Service & Brand RepresentationPartner with store and regional teams to organise and host private events.Represent the brand with elegance, discretion, and professionalism at all times.Requirements:Minimum 3–5 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or private client services, ideally in a client-facing or sales-focused role.Candidates with strong selling skills in RTW preferred.Candidates with a solid track record in Private Client / first-tier Clients relationship preferred.Deep understanding of luxury service standards and brand storytelling.Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
