Client Executive, Corporate Risk & Broking (Financial Line)

The Role:This position will be responsible for delivering of high quality client services to an assigned client portfolio, within FINEX - Financial, Professional and Executive Risks lines, and promoting new sales to achieve the sales (new & renewal) targetsResponsibilities:Manage specific tasks supporting client service delivery and administration throughout the insurance issuance and renewal cycle as per instructions and guidance of Finex AM and higher managerProvide the highest level of customer service to existing and new clients as assigned and guided by senior Finex staffBe responsible for day-to-day client interaction, follow up to support the client relationship and ensure a smooth client journey during and beyond the insurance placement cycle, including but not limit to obtaining of quotations; explaining insurance terms/conditions; making quotations comparison and giving recommendation to clients when and where appropriateDevelop database of prospects (making cold calls, networking…)Assist in claim handling including document collection, summary, translation etc... and follow up with related parties until closing of claimSupport Accounting Department in premium collectionEnsure all WTW Group policy requirements (legal, regulatory & compliance) are metManage small accounts, supporting medium accounts as instructedOther tasks assigned by the CompanyRequirements:University degree (Preferable on banking, insurance or laws)Computer Literate, MS-Word, Excel, Power Point.From 5 years of working experience, preferable banking/Finance or legal experienceAbility to self-study and strong analysis skillProactive, long-term commitmentClient-oriented, innovative and critical senseGood communication and problem-solving skillsExcellent presentation and negotiation skillsBe able to work under high pressureFluent in English & VietnameseAn equal opportunity employer.
