Remote-First • Vancouver, BC12–16 Hours/WeekCompensation: CA $30 to $40/hour (depending on experience)For more than 20 years, Giant Leap has supported hundreds of business owners and senior leaders through assessments, workshops, peer mentoring, and consulting. We are now looking for a Client Experience Coordinator who will play a key role in creating smooth, memorable experiences for our members and peer group leaders.This is a remote-first part time role based in Metro Vancouver, with occasional in-person meetings and events. A valid passport is required for cross-border travel (twice a year).What You’ll DoAs the Client Experience Coordinator, you’ll be the operational backbone that keeps our programs running smoothly. Your responsibilities include:Tech & Systems CoordinationMaintain and organize our admin tech stack across Google Workspace, HubSpot CRM, and Central DesktopKeep shared calendars, documentation, and resource libraries up to date and easy to navigateLeader & Member SupportSupport peer group leaders with onboarding, scheduling, technical needs, and general inquiriesSupport member onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a warm, seamless experienceCommunications & Event CoordinationPrepare and distribute speaker and presenter announcementsArrange venues, logistics, and refreshments for group meetings, events, and offsitesAssist with general communications and coordination across teams and member groupsWhat You BringWe’re looking for someone who loves organization, communication, and creating positive experiences.
