About the RoleAs a Client Growth Executive / Account Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, ensuring they maximize the value of TVEyes. You’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers, conducting strategic business reviews, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance the customer experience.What You’ll Do:Manage and Grow Client RelationshipsServe as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of accountsConduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to review platform usage, share insights, and ensure customer satisfactionProactively identify upsell and expansion opportunities to drive revenue growthEnsure timely renewals and contract extensions by demonstrating valueDrive Customer Engagement & RetentionEducate clients on best practices, new features, and product enhancementsEnsure clients are maximizing their use of the platform by providing strategic guidance and workflow recommendations  Act as the voice of the customer, sharing insights with product and leadership teams to enhance the platformSales & Growth StrategyIdentify and pursue cross-sell opportunities for additional TVEyes products and servicesCollaborate with marketing and sales teams on campaigns and strategic outreachMaintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and account status in CRMWhat We’re Looking For:5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales (preferably in SaaS, Media, or PR/Marketing industries)Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skillsAbility to analyze customer needs and offer strategic recommendationsExperience conducting business reviews, client consultations, and strategic account planningFamiliarity with media monitoring, PR, or digital marketing tools is a plusExcellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
