Job DescriptionIntake and Referral Coordinator (Part-Time, Athens Office)Counseling Associates for Well-Being is seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Intake and Referral Coordinator to join our Athens, Georgia team. This position plays a key role in welcoming new clients and supporting the smooth operation of our growing mental health practice.As the first point of contact for many clients, you will handle incoming calls and emails with warmth and professionalism, gather and assess client information, and match them with the most appropriate clinician. You’ll also maintain and expand our referral database, manage the flow of referrals, and nurture relationships with community partners and other providers.We’re looking for someone who is:A strong communicator who enjoys connecting with people and helping them find the right fit for care. Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. A self-starter who takes initiative and works well both independently and as part of a team. Experienced or familiar with healthcare, mental health, or administrative coordination (preferred but not required). Position details:Location: On-site in our Athens office (afternoons required).
