In this role, you will be responsible for managing and servicing a portfolio of commercial trucking insurance accounts while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and retention.Manage and maintain relationships with existing commercial insurance clientsReview and analyze insurance policies to ensure appropriate coverage and complianceProcess policy changes, renewals, and endorsements for insurance accountsConduct risk assessments and provide risk management recommendationsCoordinate with underwriters and insurance carriers for policy placementHandle client inquiries and resolve coverage-related issuesMonitor and ensure compliance with DOT regulations and insurance requirementsPrepare insurance documentation, certificates, and policy summariesDevelop and implement client retention strategiesMaintain accurate client records and documentation in CRM systemQualificationsActive Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License required3-5 years of commercial insurance experience, with specific focus on trucking/transportation insuranceComprehensive knowledge of commercial trucking insurance products and coverageStrong understanding of DOT regulations and transportation compliance requirementsProficiency in insurance policy management and risk assessmentExperience with CRM software and MS Office SuiteExcellent account management and client service skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesDetail-oriented with exceptional organizational skillsEffective written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge of transportation industry risk management practicesAdditional InformationPlease see our company Benefits:Medical, Dental, Vision Life and AD&D insuranceFSA / HSACommuter & Child Care FSACancer Support BenefitsPet InsuranceAccident & Critical IllnessHospital IndemnityEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)11 Paid HolidaysFlexible PTO401KTrucordia is an equal opportunity employer.
