The company offers trading platforms, including the widely used MetaTrader 4 (MT4) and MetaTrader 5 (MT5) and its own ActivTrader which is user-friendly and feature-rich designed to cater to the needs of traders across various financial markets.The opportunityWe are currently seeking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Client On-Boarding Assistant to join our Portuguese subsidiary in Lisbon.The successful candidate must be results-oriented, a proactive professional with a sense of punctuality and high attention to detail. The primary purpose of this position is to provide administrative and analytical support to the Client Onboarding Team with a view to ensure new customer applications are prioritized and processed in a timely manner in accordance with documented procedures and legislative requirements.Main Duties & ResponsibilitiesAssist in the process of handling and opening individual or institutional new accounts, whilst ensuring that it is in line with the relevant procedures and requirements.Review all necessary identification and verification documentation in line with the appropriate checklists, and where appropriate confirm the validity of the information through independent sources.Being aware of the financial crime risk when reviewing and processing new or existing client applications and ensuring that there are no threats posed to the business.Ensure full AML checks are completed in line with procedures utilizing the available AML tools.Ensure customer files are retrievableContact customers directly in the target language to obtain missing or additional documentation and information.Liaise with Account Representatives when necessary to obtain missing or additional documentation and information.Liaise with other departments regarding any account queriesUpdate customers profile & handle account maintenance tasksTranslate documentation.Be fully aware and up to date with relevant regulations regarding account opening and AML requirementsEscalate inconsistencies or any suspected fraudulent activity to the Compliance departmentAny ad hoc duties as required by the manager and business needs.Requirements:· Secondary education in a relevant field is a plus.· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English.· Experience working in a similar environment.· Strong data entry, organizational, and multitasking skills.· Demonstrated critical thinking abilities.· Proficiency in Microsoft Office & CRM applications.· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.· Flexible working hours.· Availability to work from Saturday to Wednesday.· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Would be considered as a significant advantage:Fluent in any other foreign language such as Italian, Spanish, French (working level);Have knowledge of KYC requirements and PEP, Sanctions & AML regulations· Our offer:Great opportunity for professional and personal development;Comprehensive trainingExcellent working conditions;Cooperative team environment;Centrally located office, close to amenities and well served by public transport.International environment which offers daily contact to teams in other countries;Competitive salary and quarterly bonus scheme.Traveling OpportunitiesAdditional benefits such as health insuranceHow to apply:If you are interested in this offer and meet the requirements, please complete the form belowhttps://activtradespt.typeform.com/to/Ngodt4opConfidentiality:We will treat your application with confidentiality and professionalism.
