About GrowaveGrowave is an all-in-one marketing platform for Shopify stores — helping brands boost customer loyalty, retention, and conversions through Loyalty & Rewards, Referrals, Wishlists, Reviews, and UGC.We power thousands of Shopify stores worldwide, including Lego, Crocs, Dermalogica, Unilever, Sony, and Aldo — and we’re growing fast across Europe and North America.The RoleAs a Client Onboarding Specialist, you’ll guide new Shopify brands through their first steps with Growave — from setup and integrations to launch.You’ll ensure each client feels supported, confident, and ready to grow with our platform.What You’ll DoManage the full onboarding journey — from sign-up to successful app setup and launchUnderstand client goals and tailor onboarding plans to their needs and timelinesEnsure smooth implementation of Growave features and integrationsTroubleshoot and proactively guide clients through setup challengesCollaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver a flawless experienceCreate and refine onboarding materials, templates, and processesGather client feedback to improve product usability and the onboarding journeyEnsure a seamless handover to the Customer Success team post-launchAbout You1–3 years of experience in Onboarding, Implementation, or Customer Success (ideally in SaaS or Shopify/eCommerce)Fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish— other European languages are a plusStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsTech-savvy, proactive, and flexible — able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environmentDetail-oriented and genuinely customer-focusedComfortable working remotely and across time zonesSchedule11:00–20:00 Portugal time (WEST/WET depending on season)Ready to help Shopify brands launch faster and grow stronger?Apply now and become part of Growave’s mission to make customer loyalty effortless for merchants worldwide.
