Job Description:As a Client Partner, you'll lead high-value client relationships, acting as a strategic advisor and growth catalyst. You'll shape opportunities, drive innovation, and ensure our teams deeply understand the client's business-delivering solutions that create lasting impact.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and grow client relationships worth 2-20M DKK in annual net revenueAct as a strategic partner-co-creating solutions, challenging client thinking, and guiding transformationShape and convert opportunities by identifying client needs and translating them into actionable strategiesDrive account expansion, client satisfaction, and long-term value creationEngage senior stakeholders with compelling ideas and measurable outcomesEnsure the broader organization understands the client's industry, challenges, and ambitions-enabling relevant and impactful deliveryOrchestrate cross-functional teams to deliver business value, ensuring alignment with client goals and managing escalations when neededManage commercial performance: contracts, pricing, forecasting, and profitabilityDevelop and execute growth strategies and account plansStay ahead of industry trends to proactively offer future-ready solutionsFluent in English and preferably DanishQualificationsMinimum of 5 years in digital consulting or agency environmentProven track record of growing client accounts and unlocking new revenue streamsStrong strategic thinking and ability to shape opportunities from client challengesCommercially savvy with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and driving profitabilitySkilled in account planning, business development, and stakeholder engagementExperienced in orchestrating cross-functional teams to deliver client valueExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levelsComfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in fast-paced environmentsDetail-oriented with a consistent focus on quality and resultsProficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Additional InformationCompany DescriptionMerkle, a dentsu company, powers the experience economy.
