Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Management ● Regular connect with the CXO team of end-users ● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships. ● Act as the main point of contact for key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. 2. Market Analysis & Forecasting ● Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth. ● Provide accurate sales forecasts to senior management. 3. Sales Strategy & Execution ● Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.● Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in alignment with organizational goals. ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and customer success, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives in the assigned region. 4. Revenue Generation: ● Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments in the assigned region. ● Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to maximize sales potential and enhance customer satisfaction in the assigned region. ● Negotiate and close strategic deals and partnerships to achieve sales targets in the assigned region. Market Analysis and Trends: ● Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth in the assigned region. ● Analyze market data and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and adapt to changing market conditions in the assigned region. 5. Collaboration and Communication: ● Collaborate with executive leadership to provide regular updates on sales performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives. ● Foster a collaborative and inclusive sales culture, encouraging knowledge sharing and best practices across the sales team. We are looking for ● A Dynamic person with personal initiative and management skills ● Demonstrated success in consistently exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. ● Adept at influencing through effective relationships, expertise, and data. Comfortable rolling up sleeves to get things done while also capable of leading complex strategy discussions. ● Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement sales plans that drive growth. ● Knowledge of Local Language and Culture is a huge advantage ● Knowledge of Core Banking as well as Transaction Banking domain is an advantage. Essential skills/experience: ● Performance-driven professional with over 12+ years of rich & extensive experience in Sales for a technology company. ● Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. ● Strong understanding of banking and financial services, including knowledge of software solutions in the industry.
