We specialise in delivering innovative retail display and fixture solutions for some of the world’s most recognised brands.About the RoleWe’re seeking a Client Project Manager - a hybrid role combining account management and project delivery. You’ll be the primary contact for your clients, guiding them from brief through to installation, ensuring every stage is handled with clarity, precision, and accountability.This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organisation, detail, and follow-through - someone who enjoys both the people side (building trust with clients) and the delivery side (seeing projects through from design to completion, down to the last millimetre).Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the main point of contact for assigned clients, managing all communication and ensuring an exceptional, transparent service experience.Translate client briefs into detailed project scopes, costings, and schedules that are clear, accurate, and actionable.Own the project from end to end, ensuring all technical details, materials, and milestones are tracked and verified.Coordinate with Design/Engineering, Production and Installation teams to ensure drawings, samples, and approvals are managed accurately and on time.Maintain meticulous records: including quotes, purchase orders, and correspondence - ensuring information is current and accessible.Proactively identify risks, flag changes, and communicate clearly with clients and internal teams to prevent surprises.Support tender responses and new business opportunities with accurate data and concise written input.Develop a strong understanding of SAPP’s materials, processes, and production capabilities to give clients reliable, informed advice.Skills & Experience5+ years’ experience in client management or project management within retail design, manufacturing, or fitout industries.Background in Industrial Design or related discipline advantageous - enabling a practical understanding of materials, design intent, and manufacturing processes.Strong understanding of project workflows from concept design through to installation.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage client expectations confidently.Strong organisational and time management skills; able to manage multiple projects and priorities.Comfortable working across creative and technical teams.Proficient in project management tools (ideally Monday.com) as well as Microsoft Office Suite.Understanding of production drawings, manufacturing processes, or materials advantageous.Personal AttributesConfident, clear communicator who instils client trust.Detail-oriented yet commercially minded.Calm under pressure, solutions-focused, and accountable.Collaborative and approachable: able to work effectively with designers, engineers, and suppliers.A proactive mindset; always looking for ways to simplify, improve, and deliver better outcomes for clients.Why Join SAPPWork with leading global retail brands on innovative display and fitout projects.Be part of a growing, design-led company with international reach.Join a collaborative and supportive team that values initiative and integrity.Opportunity to grow into senior client or project leadership roles as the company evolves.
