Client Relations Associate (on behalf of ABC Factors S.A.)

ABC Factors S. A. , a subsidiary of Alpha Bank Group, is seeking a Client Relations Associate to join its Customer Operations team. As a Client Relations Associate, you will contribute to the accurate and timely delivery of services to clients, supporting the administration of client portfolios and assisting with the resolution of service-related issues. Your role is essential in ensuring high-quality client servicing, data integrity, and compliance with internal procedures.

What you will be doingApply internal procedures for managing assigned client portfoliosEnsure the accurate and timely delivery of client services in line with service standardsGather and process client-related data to support portfolio management activitiesPrepare standard documents and reports in support of client proposals and servicingCommunicate with internal teams to follow up on client requests and assist in resolving operational issuesTrack and manage internal deadlines to ensure timely completion of assigned tasksMonitor client balances and prepare recommendations for debt adjustments as neededEvaluate client portfolios quarterly and prepare proposals for potential impairmentsWhat you need to haveA Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business AdministrationA Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (preferred)Up to three (3) years of working experience in factoring or financial client servicingKnowledge of credit assessment, factoring services, and credit risk analysisStrong client relationship and stakeholder management skillsSound financial analysis and decision-making capabilitiesExcellent communication and presentation skills in both Greek and EnglishHigh attention to detail, accountability, and a client-oriented mindsetWhat we offerIt’s all about our people.
