Role Description: As a Client Relationship Associate at deVere Investment Ltd, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional client service while supporting our financial advisors and relationship management team. You will act as a first point of contact for clients, ensuring their inquiries are resolved efficiently and professionally.
You will also assist in the administrative and operational activities necessary to ensure a smooth client experience and contribute to the retention and growth of our client base. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, video calling. Provide timely, accurate information and support regarding account activity, basic financial products, and company processes. Assist in the onboarding of new clients by preparing and reviewing documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance. Manage client requests including withdrawals, policy surrenders, and account updates with efficiency and attention to detail.
Maintain accurate and current records of client interactions, requests, and resolutions in the CRM system. Support sales and client retention efforts by identifying opportunities to improve the client experience and strengthen relationships. Collaborate with internal departments including compliance, operations, and advisory teams to resolve client issues and deliver coordinated service. Schedule and organize client meetings for senior relationship managers, prepare meeting notes, and manage follow-up tasks. Contribute to internal process improvements by identifying service gaps and suggesting practical enhancements. Stay updated on company products and industry practices to better serve client needs.
Prepare regular reports for senior management on client service metrics and feedback trends. Uphold the company’s ethical standards, confidentiality, and commitment to excellence in all interactions. Qualifications & Skills: New graduates and bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related discipline is advantageous. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset. Should possess strong spoken and written English capabilities. High level of organizational ability and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms. Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
