BBA M.B.A. M.TechJob Location: VKI JAIPURJob DescriptionCoordinate with officer for sites/ PO ( Purchase Order).Measurement- Coordinate with project team for measurement to be done .Prepare Estimates for approval from client .Create Job Card / PITF to start with production process.In discussion with execution team and officer for continous smooth work.Ensure TPI ( Third party inspection ) mails and inspection to be done .For new product there is need to discuss with production team and officer on various point .After Completion of Job at site need to ensure that execution team take proper pics & installation certificate.Have to ensure warranty to be prepared on time .Final sheet to be prepared and approval on final sheet from officer end .Coordination with account team for preparation of invoices.Invoice to be uploaded on portals and courier the same to officers.Follow up for payments and Job card Closing .Have to look after complaint and queries recieved through different platforms and take necessary action for the resolution.Need to visit frequently at client office for meetings, visit with new clients for business development for any kind of work like Signages, RVI, Solar power plants & Steel Structure fabrication.SkillsHaving good knowledge of MS OFFICE & Google SheetsGood Verbal & written communication skillsHaving Good Interpersonal SkillsHaving Good Negotiation SkillsCalling & Travel Friendly
