Youll spend much of your day on the phone engaging with clients, uncovering opportunities, and promoting our suite of fuel solutions.This is a role where relationship management meets proactive selling perfect for someone who enjoys combining service excellence with commercial success.What Youll DoBuild and Manage RelationshipsBe the go-to contact for your portfolio of B2B clients across Ireland, the UK, and Europe.Conduct regular account reviews to understand client needs and spot new opportunities.Deliver outstanding service that builds trust and long-term loyalty.Drive Sales & GrowthPromote and sell our full range of products, including Fuel Cards, Telematics, Toll Solutions, Ferry Crossings, VAT Reclaim, and Breakdown Services.Make daily outbound calls to build relationships, grow accounts, and close new opportunities.Hit and exceed your sales and retention targets with confidence and enthusiasm.Support & Onboard ClientsGuide new clients through onboarding, ensuring they get the most from our services.Provide training and support on online portals and systems.Monitor & Analyse PerformanceTrack account activity, usage, and trends.Identify risks and opportunities, and work closely with internal teams to deliver great outcomes.What You BringStrong communication and relationship-building skills especially over the phone.A positive, goal-driven attitude and the confidence to upsell and cross-sell.Organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced commercial environment.Analytical ability with experience using Excel, CRMs, or dashboards.Full clean driving licence (occasional travel may be required).DesirableExperience in fuel cards, tolls, or transport services.Understanding of VAT reclaim or fleet management.Why Morgan Fuels?We Are Proud To Offer a Supportive And Rewarding Work Environment With Real Opportunities For Growth.
