DescriptionServe as the primary liaison/ project manager for one major, fast growing healthcare Client with 100+ physicians and our Agency to oversee and track all projects new, existing, and completed. Must be resourceful, calm under pressure, a problem solver with serious organization and communication skills – both written and verbal. Required to create detailed tracking and progress reports on project status, and monthly Client reports showing achievements, forecasting priorities, and billable hours of team members, creative development projects, and marketing results. We will be serving as the Client’s Agency of Record and this position will be the voice of our company to the client collecting all things needed to keep the client satisfied, identify new projects, client needs, concerns and inform agency management and creative team.Project Manager is responsible to drive results by coordinating the workload of the project team through all project stages to complete documents, track and help create project scopes, keep things moving on schedule, and meeting the client’s timelines and Company’s budgets. This position requires involvement with the management, production, and coordination of numerous projects concurrently. Project Manager must exhibit exceptional client relationship skills and is expected to be involved with marketing, proposal development, and production meetings. Project Manager must work collaboratively with individuals throughout the organization with a strong team-oriented approach.Job SummaryThe Project Manager role is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to deadlines and budget by coordinating resources, defining objectives, and overseeing quality control during the project’s lifecycle as part of the overall program.Job ResponsibilitiesDirect and manage project development from beginning to end which includes managing project scope, goals, deliverables, ensure protocols. Plan, track and schedule timelines and milestones. Need to have impeccable reporting capabilities and experience.Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.Quality control and tracking of all deliverables and traffic control of all new items added to the daily workload. Client will be constantly adding new deliverables.Supervise project team members and contractors and influence all to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of projects.
