VPlus Education is regulated by the Indonesian government to ensure the safety and security of client funds and transactions.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Jakarta Metropolitan Area, Indonesia for a Client Relationship Officer. The Client Relationship Officer will be responsible for managing client relationships, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing support to clients. The officer will conduct regular follow-ups, analyze customer feedback, and work closely with other departments to resolve any customer issues.QualificationsAbility to build and maintain positive client relationships.Oriented towards customer satisfaction and providing superior customer support.Proficient in analyzing customer feedback and resolving issues effectively.Possesses outstanding verbal and written communication skills.Capable of working independently and being an effective team collaborator.Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
