Closing Date2025/11/26Reference NumberMMH251103-13Job TitleClient Service AdvisorPosition TypeTemporaryRole FamilyClient ServicesClusterInternationalRemote OpportunityNone of the timeLocation - CountryNamibiaLocation - Town / CityWindhoekIntroductionMethealth Namibia Administrators seeks the services of a skilled and experienced Client Service Advisor.DisclaimerAs an applicant, please verify the legitimacy of this job advert on our company career page.Role PurposeThe purpose of this position is to deliver professional service to clients through various servicing channels (inbound calls, emails, walk-in interactions etc.), responding to their needs, concerns and complaints within agreed Service Level Agreements and legislative and compliance requirements.RequirementsTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:Grade 12 with 25 IGCSE pointsMarketing or Sales degree will be an added advantage2 years' experience in a call center or client service environment with proven knowledge of customer service principles and practicesDuties & ResponsibilitiesKey Performance AreasInvestigate client queries within the agreed service level and ensure that client receives timeous feedback.Escalate client enquiries to the relevant department or stakeholder.Provide accurate information and advice to clients and stakeholders to ensure that the client receives the appropriate after sales services.Provide authoritative, expertise and advice to clients and stakeholders.Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal and external stakeholders.Deliver on service level agreements made with clients and internal and external stakeholders to ensure that client expectations are managed.Make recommendations to improve client service and fair treatment of clients within area of responsibility.Participate and contribute to a culture which builds rewarding relationships, facilitates feedback and provides exceptional client service.Attend to other related ad-hoc tasks that may arise.CompetenciesTECHNICAL AND BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIESProficient with Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook)Excellent interpersonal skills and portray good self-imageHigh levels of personal ethics, integrity and emotional maturityGood knowledge of networking and reportingAble to work well under pressure and independentlyEnquirieshr@methealth.com.na
