Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Giza for a Client Service Professional. The Client Service Professional will act as a liaison between the organization and its clients, ensuring seamless day-to-day communication and coordination. Key responsibilities include addressing client inquiries, maintaining customer satisfaction, managing service delivery, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client expectations. Additionally, the role involves contributing to client retention strategies and enhancing customer experiences by providing tailored solutions. Qualifications Strong skills in Client Services, Customer Service, and Customer SatisfactionExcellent Communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teamsUnderstanding of Finance and ability to manage service-related budgets and proposalsProactive problem-solving abilities with a focus on client-centric solutionsPrevious experience in client services, business management, or related fields is an advantageAbility to work collaboratively in an on-site, team-oriented environmentBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
