Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThe Client Service Representative is a key member of the Commercial Compliance team. The Compliance Services team offers support to the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. In this role, the coordinator ensures accurate processing and recording of all financial transactions within specified timeframes. Close collaboration with different teams is essential for managing payments, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining precise financial records. Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in financial software contribute to success in this position.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and send invoices through client partner system(s)Daily processing of electronic payments, including ACH and wire transfersProvide customer support for payment inquiriesData entry of payment details into client supported systemMaintain accurate records of transactions and prepare reports for client and management teamsReconcile transactions and resolve discrepancies in a timely mannerSupport monthly bank reconciliation meetingsWork collaboratively with finance to prepare monthly bank reconciliation reportOngoing monitoring of bank accountsWork with Team Lead to prepare monthly metrics reportingBilling and invoicesEnsuring compliance with financial regulations and company policiesAssists with various contract-related activities, including tracking deliverables, maintaining records, and coordinating approvals.RequirementsExperience in payments processing or similar financial operations roleKnowledge of banking regulations and payment processing systemsExcellent communication and problem solving skillsStrong attention to detail and analytical skillsStrong customer service skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a time sensitive environmentProficiency MS – Office, Word, Excel, and OutlookEducation, Skills, Experience DesiredBachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field3 years or more with related work experienceReports Analyst experience is a plusExperience with pharmaceutical compliance regulations is helpful but not requiredWilling to work in night shiftAmenable to work in Mckinley TaguigIQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
