Our team is looking for a Client Service Supervisor at our office in Hangzhou,BinjiangDay To Day Duties May IncludeCommunicate with internal and external clients.Manage the client experience through accelerated customer service and support.Receive samples and log them into laboratory software.Create and maintain client financial account and communication profile.Liaise with laboratory staff to meet customer expectations.Deliver results data to achieve customer satisfaction by maintaining specified turnaround targets.Process payments and respond to account balance questions, collections when required.Respond to customer concerns and complaints and initiate corrective or preventative actions.Order supplies through procurement and coordinate shipments.职位要求QualificationsExperience: Minimum of 3 years previous work experience in client services, business administration or agricultureEducation: A post secondary education (degree and/or diploma) in chemcial, international trade or business administration would be a strong asset.Previous experience and knowledge of agriculture and/or sales would be an asset.
