XTB Ltd’s parent company X-Trader Brokers, is listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, with a market capitalisation of more than $1 billion.We are a certified Great Place to Work company.🛠 Key ResponsibilitiesSupporting Head of operation to manage and lead a client service team to meet XTB’s client service standards and fulfill the KPIs assigned.Train new client service team members to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process.Delivering high-quality customer service to Polish-speaking clientsBuilding and maintaining positive relationships with clientsResponding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner (mainly via chat)Providing explanations and clarifications regarding customer complaintsMonitoring financial markets and staying up to date with market developments updating and verifying client information in the CRM systemCollaborating with external XTB branches and internal departments✅ RequirementsHands-on client service with at least 4-5 years of experiencePreferably 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership rolewithin a customer-facing environment.Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and set priorities effectivelyStrong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skillsExcellent knowledge Bahasa language, both oral and writtenEnglish proficiency at minimum business level (spoken & written)Nice to have:Familiarity with capital markets (US Stocks, ETFs, FX)Financial license (e.g., WPPE, WMI, WPEE, WPB)🚀 What We OfferAccess to premium tools, ongoing training, and mentorship from global leadersSupportive, international, and collaborative work environmentModern workspace located in Treasury Tower, JakartaPrivate health insuranceDirect impact in building XTB’s footprint in Indonesia.All financial license training and acquisitions fees would be on us if hired candidates do not own
