We’re partnered with an area specialist property management company in Birmingham Jewellery Quarter who’re looking for a Client Services Assistant to manage and support the administration of various client services tasks relating to property sales. Our client is one of the most reputable and well-known management companies in the Midlands and anyone to join them at this stage of their growth will be a huge part of the companies’ future success. We’re looking for an ambitious individual who wants career progression in a collaborative, high performing environment.Role RequirementsRespond promptly and professionally to sales pack enquiriesPrepare LPE1/FME1 forms with attention to detail and accuracy, liaising with Property ManagersPreparing supporting documentation and sending these and the LPE1/FME1 once approved Ensuring proper maintenance of the resales trackerMonitoring payments into the business and recording them on the resales trackerBeing the first point of contact to deal with relevant customer enquiries via multiple channels including email & telephoneReceive and process Notices of Transfers in a timely and organised manner, maintaining accurate records ensuring client preferences are always adhered toLiaising with clients to request Notice of Transfers where requiredAssisting with the administration of Leaseholder Deed of Certificates in line with the Building Safety Act Assisting with Company Secretarial duties as required such as filing confirmation statements, adding & removing Directors and updating correspondence details.Salary/benefits£30,000 salary2 days working from home9-5:30 Monday-FridayQualification sponsorship23 days annual leave + bank holidaysGreat opportunities for progressionQualifications And Skills NeededA year’s experience working in the property sectorGreat organisational skillsCustomer service focusedExcellent time management and people skillsHow To ApplyIf this position is of interest, please get in touch with Luke Bates at luke@onepropertyrecruitment.co.uk.One Property Recruitment are specialists in the real estate sector covering block and estate management, Build To Rent, financial services, commercial and facilities management.
