As a Client Services Consultant II, you’ll: Own the Client Experience: Take full accountability for day-to-day service support, partnering closely with Account Executives and leading the administration of multiple complex clients. Lead with Purpose: Coordinate and facilitate client meetings, prepare impactful materials, and drive finalist and stewardship meetings. Think Consultatively: Offer creative, consultative solutions and identify innovative plan design alternatives. Deliver Excellence: Provide timely, outstanding customer service and foster lasting client satisfaction. Shape Strategy: Lead account audits, strategic planning, and partner with financial teams to deliver insightful client reports. Share Your Expertise: Serve as a key resource and subject matter expert for Customer Unit and National Accounts. Drive Growth: Support RFP responses, facilitate contract execution, and ensure compliance. Stay Ahead: Keep up with industry trends, competitor products, and legal developments. Master the Details: Apply analytical skills to MetLife’s group products, services, and systems. What You Bring (Required Qualifications): 3+ years of insurance/account management/client service experience Passion for client service and continuous learning Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills Ability to work autonomously, prioritize, and remain flexible General understanding of employee benefits Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, and Webex Self-motivation and proactive personal development Willingness to travel (10%) High School Diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree preferred) Experience with Disability products and project management preferred What You’ll Experience: A culture of support, collaboration, and purpose. The expected salary range for this position is $70,000 - $84,700. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation.
