Job Description

Lead Advisor is a wealth management consulting and search firm. This role is for a client firm in Atlanta.Our client is looking to hire a Client Services Coordinator.Key Responsibilities but not limited to:CRM managementIncluding but not limited to: Household creation, updating records, input of notes, maintenance of tasks, prepping for compliance meetings, client research when necessary.Systems Coordination:Making sure all systems are appropriately updated/ finding solutions to data entry roadblocks.Scheduling reviews with Shareholders, Senior Advisors, and Junior Advisors.Including coordinating with our third-party scheduling associates.Maintaining the client lists and helping with updating when appropriate.Qualifications:Bachelors Have 3+ years of operational experience.Excellent phone and email etiquette.Must be detail oriented.Must have worked at least 2+ years with C-level executives.Must work well with a team setting.Problem solving skills are necessary to succeed.It is a plus if you have experience with Sales Force or Microsoft CRM.
