Job Description
Top key responsibilities:Reports to Senior Client Services Manager in Japan.Support day-to-day account operations.Assist in preparing reports, presentations and client deliverables.Coordinate with internal teams to help ensure timely delivery of services.Respond to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner, escalating to managers when needed.Maintain accurate client records and support business transactions.Learn CARMA’s products and services to gradually contribute to upsell and cross-sell opportunities.Required qualifications / certifications: 3 Years minimum of experience requiredIT savvy Able to work in a face paced & collaborative environmentLanguages required: English & JapanesePreferred industry background (if any): PR, Marketing, Advertising
