Join our team!We're seeking a talented individual who can help manage day-to-day tasks, organize schedules, and provide crucial support in client meetings and project management. As a client service officer at ads! you'll play a pivotal role in streamlining operations, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining exceptional client relations.Key Responsibilities:Provide help and advice with regular updates to clients on the progress of customer service.Projects and campaigns that directly affect each client.Define and execute the marketing and communication activities according to our marketing plan.Coordinate all marketing activities to generate lead.Track performance of all marketing campaignsInform clients and prospects of products and services through creative marketing strategies.Communicate courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face-to-face.Develop open and effective channels of communication with each client that can be employed by other departments as well.Handling customer complaints.Keeping accurate records of discussion or correspondence with clients.Coordinate internal projects and determine the best utilization of the resources to increase customer services.Encourage revenue growth by inspiring clients to purchase the available services.Develop feedback or complaints procedures for customers to use.Become the reliable point of contact for each client that is required to establish a strong business relationship.Improving customer service procedures, policies and standards for the organization or department.Track internally the services provided to the clients.Monitor client's social media activity and track the changes (overall page performance).Sending work calendar plans to the client and getting approval/ feedback.Inform the team about the contract renewal and necessary changes/ feedback.Skill Requirement:Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Programs, especially excel and word.Must demonstrate ability to meet deadlines.Knowledge of conflict resolution techniquesStrong communication skills required.Must have a laptopIf you are interested in these positions, please send your resume to hr@ads.com.np.We look forward to hearing from you!#ads #adsdigital #lifeatads #digitalmarketing #hiring #Clientserviceofficer #Vacancy
