About the Role As a Client Services Officer, you will provide high-quality administrative and client support to two Financial Advisers and the broader wealth team. Your role will be integral to ensuring our clients receive an outstanding experience. Key Responsibilities: Manage client review processes and maintain accurate records Prepare and assist with written advice documents Act as the first point of contact for client enquiries via phone and email Liaise with product providers and third parties to ensure smooth implementation Handle data input and organisation of client files Provide general administrative support and office duties What Success Looks Like in This Role:Clients feel supported and valued through timely and professional communication.
