This role involves managing client communications, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, and supporting the coordination of internal and external engagements. The ideal candidate will be fluent in at least one of the following languages: Arabic, Russian, or Chinese, and possess prior experience in a client-facing role.Freshers Can applySalary - 3K Responsibilities:Act as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering timely and professional support.Manage client inquiries, requests, and follow-ups to ensure high satisfaction.Coordinate client onboarding, meetings, and ongoing communications.Maintain accurate client records and documentation.Liaise between clients and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.Provide language and cultural support as needed during communications and meetings.Gather client feedback and assist in implementing improvements to engagement processes.Support marketing and engagement efforts targeting Arabic-, Russian-, or Chinese-speaking clients.Prepare periodic reports on client engagement performance and KPIs. Requirements:Minimum of 6 months of experience in client engagement, customer service, or a related field.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.Proficient with office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM platforms).Strong problem-solving skills and a client-oriented mindset.
