We’re on the hunt for someone who knows how to handle an international client, manage internal teams, and deliver marketing magic all without confusing "client servicing" with "balancing a ledger".If you think this role is about preparing accounts and tallying numbers… we love your enthusiasm, but you might be in the wrong department (hello, Finance ).Client Servicing Role - Not a Finance Job (We repeat: NOT a Finance Job!)We need someone who can:Communicate like a pro ( in-office and internationally with clients)Keep projects on track like a caffeine-fueled train conductorHandle clients with grace, charm, and the occasional firm emailManage the team without using threats (but we admire the energy)Work within office hours (we’re not running a night shift circus)Key Responsibilities1. Client Relationship ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering trust and ensuring long-term client satisfaction.2. Client Understanding & BriefingGain a deep understanding of client goals, brand identity, and challenges. Translate client briefs into clear, actionable plans for internal teams.3. Coordination & ExecutionWork closely with creative, digital, strategy, and production departments to deliver projects and campaigns efficiently, within scope and deadlines.4. Campaign OversightManage end-to-end project timelines and deliverables. Ensure accurate implementation of client feedback and timely revisions.5. Up selling & Client GrowthIdentify growth opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with the business development team to upsell relevant services.6. Reporting & FeedbackProvide clients with regular progress updates, performance reports, and actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.7. Issue ResolutionHandle client concerns with a proactive, solution-focused approach to maintain strong, trust-based relationships.8.
