As a strategic LinkedIn partner since 2010, we’ve been selected to support their expansion in the MENA region, bringing 15 years of international market expertise.At WTC, we foster a culture built on trust, inclusion, growth, and flexibility—where everyone can thrive.Objectives of this roleBuild and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growthManage the full client lifecycle (onboarding, implementation, training, adoption) and serve as the main communication link between clients and partnersCollaborate closely with the LinkedIn team to support joint initiativesStay informed on company offerings and industry trends while driving organizational goalsLead WTC’s initial phase in the MENA region, supporting brand development and business growthResponsibilitiesUnderstand client needs, solve challenges, and illustrate the value of our solutions to create growth opportunitiesAnalyze data to identify trends and insights; contribute to program development and pilot projectsParticipate in meetings and brainstorming sessions; support prospecting activities with LinkedInMaintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure needs are met and develop account plansAlign work with WTC’s culture and values while achieving business objectives and strengthening brand positioningRequired skills and qualificationsAt least 3 years of experience in sales or account managementAbility to manage multiple accounts while seeking new opportunitiesAbility to understand client needs and negotiate costs and servicesAbility to manage the team and to relate to our partner.Proficiency with CRM software and an aptitude for learning new systemsActive team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities.Native Arabic speaker.Fluent in both English and Spanish.BenefitsHybrid work model for flexibility and work-life balanceFlexible compensation plan to adapt to your personal needs
