The Client Solutions Manager is a strategic solution-driver with a focus on driving revenue, advertiser education and advertiser satisfaction. This role is responsible for optimizing complex opportunities and using data and analytics to build consultative and technical solutions for our customers, providing business insights, driving revenue, advertiser education, and satisfaction through a consultative, data-driven approach.Client Solutions Manager - Ecommerce (STE - 9 months) Responsibilities:Identify, create, and implement marketing solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for our clientsManage strategic marketing conversations with clients, agencies, and partners (media, creative, measurement partners, martech, etc)Advise clients on media and creative strategy, planning, measurement and optimization of campaigns to deliver against Key Performance IndicatorsUse data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of Meta solutions against client's marketing objectivesManage internal account operations (revenue delivery, media recommendations, troubleshooting issues, optimization opportunities)Work and collaborate with a group of internal cross-functional teams, managing complex workstreamsMinimum Qualifications:Experience working directly in marketing, media and/or consulting firms, and demonstrated leadership skillsSolid understanding of customer marketing funnel and traditional/online marketing ecosystemExperience in Meta’s advertising solutions and other digital advertising platformsExperience to communicate, collaborate and work effectively in a team, with cross-functional teams and with multiple layers within the organization (internally and externally)Experience in managing complex projects and workstreams with minimal direction and a high attention to detailExperience and passion for working with numbers, analyzing large datasets and delivering actionable insightsAbility to act as a consultant for partners, establishing meaningful relationships and driving clients to actionDemonstrated experience with digital media platforms, advertising metrics, and industry trends (Direct Response marketing, data and technology solutions, ad-tech, partnerships)Effective and creative problem-solving and decision-making skillsConsultative selling skillsAbility to travel as needed for client and partner meetingsFluency in both Spanish and EnglishAbout Meta:Meta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
